Crusaders Lose One at Penn College, 1–0 Box Score
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Junior Alyssa Kemmerer (Berwick, Pa./Berwick Area) made two saves, but visiting Susquehanna University lost at the Pennsylvania College of Technology, 1–0, at the Penn College Soccer Field on Oct. 7.
Penn College (5–1–0 overall) scored the game's only goal in the 37th minute when one of its forwards collected her own rebound and tucked the ball behind Kemmerer.
Susquehanna (2–7–2 overall) outshot the Wildcats, 35–5, and had a 9–2 advantage in corner kicks but couldn't get a goal past the Penn College goalkeeper, who made 15 saves.
Penn College is ranked No. 1 in the latest United States Collegiate Athletic Association women's soccer poll.
