Robinson Selected to NABC All-District First Team

SELINSGROVE, Pa.– Susquehanna University senior Josh Robinson (Mahwah, N.J./River Dell) earned another accolade as he was selected to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division III Middle Atlantic All-District First Team following the Crusaders' 2007-08 season.

The honor comes just a day after Robinson was named to the D3hoops.com All-Middle Atlantic Region Second Team. Robinson was the Landmark Conference Player of the Year and finished atop the Landmark scoring leaders, averaging 21.7 points per game. He was also fourth in free throw percentage (82.2 percent) and in three-pointers per game (2.25). He surpassed the 1,000-career-point mark Feb. 2 at Scranton.

Robinson was twice named Landmark Conference Player of the Week this past season and was named to two all-tournament teams, including MVP honors at Susquehanna's Pepsi/Weis Markets Tip-Off Tournament.

The NABC Division III All-District teams recognize the best men's collegiate basketball student-athletes and coaches in the division. Selected and voted on by member coaches of the NABC, these student-athletes represent the finest basketball players across America. The 88 student-athletes, from eight districts, are now eligible for the State Farm Division III All-America teams, also selected by the NABC.
