The Office of Information Technology at Susquehanna University designs, develops, and deploys systems with a commitment to coordinated efforts, collaborative priority setting, and collegial problem solving. Our energies are directed toward integrity of our hardware and software systems, and services that provide value to the university.
The Office is structured into four functional units. Each unit has its own area of expertise and is responsible for all the related technology. This approach reduces duplication of services, increases responsiveness and communication, and clearly identifies where the user can find the information or support to assist in their endeavors. It also allows for more focused professional development and provides a foundation for the expansion of existing services and the addition of new services. The functional units are Technology Support Services, Technical Operations, Advanced Technologies, and Administrative Information Services. Come inside and explore.
