The following is a list of businesses and organizations that offer discounts to full time and continuing part time employees.
Please keep in mind that this list is not complete and will be revised as we learn of new or discontinued offers.
If you learn of any discounts offered to SU employees which are not listed, please let HR know so we can include them.
In most cases, you will need to show your employee ID card to receive a discount.

Club Quarters is a new concept in the hotel industry, with private hotels for the exclusive use of guests and employees of member companies. They are unique and club-like, offering services for the business traveler. By being private, Club Quarters are cleaner, safer, and quieter. Members pay the lowest rates for a quality hotel room in a top location in a city center.
If you are traveling to any of these cities for business, you can make weekday (Monday - Thursday) reservations at extremely reasonable rates. As an employee of Susquehanna, you and your family and guests are authorized to use Club Quarters facilities for personal use at even lower rates on weekends (Friday - Sunday) and holidays.

ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR
All central and northeastern PA locations.
SU employees will receive discounted rates at all central and northeasten Pennsylvania Enterprise locations both for university business and for personal usage. Enterprise will provide free pick up and return service (delivery where available) at the start and end of all rentals.
The Enterprise rental program was designed to give our employees an alternative to using their personal vehicles for business travel. A rental vehicle can be less expensive than reimbursing individuals per mile. In addition to cost and liability savings, we will have the peace of mind of a 24-hour roadside assistance program, newer model vehicles with current safety features and the ability to rent from a convenient neighborhood location rather than depreciating our personal vehicles. In addition, this program can be utilitized when University vehicles are unavailable.
