PART-TIME PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICER Susquehanna University seeks applications for a public safety officer to work part time on an as-needed basis. The officer’s primary responsibility is to protect the university’s community and property. Other duties include patrolling the campus, controlling parking and traffic, investigating and following up on incidents, and working with students during activities in social spaces. A high school diploma is required; some college is preferred. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years prior experience in security or law enforcement as well as a PA ACT 235 and/or 120 Certification, be in good physical condition and possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
