Susquehanna at Bucknell Bison Opener (Lewisburg, Pa.) - On Saturday, senior Mike Marr (Muncy, Pa./Warrior Run ) opened his indoor season competing against an entire field of DI and DII athletes at the Bucknell Bison Opener. Qualifing provisionally for the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships, Marr won the high jump with a leap of 2.01 meters (6'7").
Susquehanna at Juniata College (Huntingdon, Pa.) - Freshman Erica Barron (Tamaqua, Pa./Tamaqua Area) paced the Crusaders to a 73-67 victory in their conference opener with an impressive 20 point performance.
Barron also added four assists and a steal to her stats against the Eagles. The Crusaders improved to 4-1 overall and 1-0 in conference play.
