Dan Golias - Football

Susquehanna vs. WPI (Worchester, MA) - Junior linebacker Dan Golias (Johnstown, Pa./Westmont Hilltop) recorded the first Crusader sack of the game as he took WPI quarterback Dan Pantalone down behind the line of scrimmage on the second-to-last drive of the first quarter.

He continued to have a successful day assisting in a second sack, forcing and recovering a fumble and tallying a total of eight tackles on the day. Golias, along with senior teammate Nate Moore, were both awarded the Carpenter and Edmunds Gus Weber Player of the Week award due to their strong defensive attributions during Saturday's game.

 

 

 

Kelly Davitt - Soccer

Fall 2007 - Junior defender, Kelly Davitt (Hampton, N.J./North Hunterdon HS) was named an Landmark All-Conference first team selection. Davitt started in all 17 games for the Crusaders and tallied two assists on the season.

In addition to being a solid defender, Davitt was able to push forward get off 10 shots throughout the season. The orange and maroon ended their season on October 27, dropping a 1-0 decision against conference opponent Catholic University of America.
