Susquehanna at Scranton (Scranton, Pa.) - Senior Josh Robinson (Mahwah, N.J./River Dell) moves onto Susquehanna’s all-time scoring list with 1,007 career points as the Crusaders dropped their second straight conference game on the road at Scranton on Saturday afternoon. Robinson joins current teammate Kevin Cuff who reached the milestone during the Coastal Carolina game on Jan. 5. With the loss, SU drops to 10-9 overall and 7-2 in league play.
In the back-to-back conference play, Robinson contributed 20 points per game while pulling down a total of 14 rebounds, dishing out seven assists and making two steals.
Susquehanna at Moravian (Bethlehem, Pa.) - Friday evening Susquehanna defeated conference foe Moravian in basketball action 57-49. Senior Val Houseal (Harleysville, Pa./Souderton) was prefect from the charity stripe helping her contribute 10 total points. In addition she grabbed eight from off the glass while defending very well aiding as a key factor in the upset.
With the win Susquehanna improved to 11-8 overall; the Hounds dropped to 12-7 on their season.
