License Plates
|
Special Susquehanna University license plates are available through
the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The cost for a plate
is $20. Download and print the PDF form here.
Complete your form and sign the application. Make your check payable
to "The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania" and mail to
Department of Motor Vehicles, Special Organization Plate Program,
P.O. Box 68031, Harrisburg, PA 17106-8031.
You may also email the alumni office at alumni@susqu.edu
to have a license plate form mailed to you. Although we are
looking into participating in special organization license plate
programs for other states, nothing is currently available.
