Excerpts from the
Alumni Association's constitution and by-laws.
"The mission of the Alumni Association is to enrich the lives of all past, present, and future Susquehanna University students by perpetuating and fostering their relationship with both their Alma Mater and each other, and by providing opportunities for and encouraging participation in activities that promote and support the overall mission of the University." Membership in the Alumni Association "Any person who has received a degree from Susquehanna University or successfully completed one semester of study at the University shall be a member of the Association." The Executive Board "The Executive Board shall act on behalf of the Association and endeavor to carry out the mission of the Association. The board will meet at least three times a year in addition to the Association's annual meeting held in June."
